@bow_trix I'm pretty sure there are many examples of courts ruling against the SEC, here are just a couple...

@amazon doesn't get it! Being pro labor is an opportunity for them to increase customer loyalty, bring in new younger customers, and show real leadership in a new industrial era. WAKE UP! Labor is a valuable asset!

@JamieMc24213300 @USAOrder66 @NBCSPatriots@scottzolak@ZoandBertrand I disagree, the Pats did not give Tom what Tampa gave him; top receivers, a decent offensive line, and coaching that treated him with the respect he earned as the team leader. It was never about money. My guess, if the Pats gave him those things he would have retired a Patriot.
@oiselle_sally Can't believe I'm reading this, I'm exactly the same! I've made only a few of exceptions in the last 30 years, London and China Olympics, NFL playoffs (2 or 3 times), and part of the Kavanaugh senate hearing.
These Senators CHOSE not to attend today's part of the trial for #Impeachment. In my opinion, they broke their oath as a juror by doing so and should not be allowed to vote on it.

I'm no expert in law, but I'm not familiar with court cases where jurors meet with defense attorneys to review strategies that help them bolster their case? #cnn, #ImpeachmentTrial, #insurection

Trump’s threat against the Secretary of State of Georgia is outrageous. It is the most consequential attack on American democracy in the history of our country.
She carried too much weight, and for too long. We should live in an America where we only need to send condolences to everyone who knew and loved Justice Ginsburg, and not to the nation and democracy as a whole. I wish that we could simply mourn her. Alas. https://t.co/vuy6BsIyQO
This is what Senator Lindsey Graham, the current Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, said back in 2018. Let's see if he has an ounce of integrity left and will keep his word.
We are in the worst economic condition since the Great Depression. People are worried about getting evicted from their homes. People can't go to the doctor because they lost their jobs and no longer have any health insurance.
Now is the time for Congress to act boldly.
Find 10 minutes to watch this. I have such respect for @AOC and how she delivered this message with calm, dignity, and intellect. Thank you! #RespectWomen

We must reduce the military budget by 10% and use that $74 billion in savings to invest in communities ravaged by extreme poverty, mass incarceration, decades of neglect and the COVID-19 pandemic.
Alec Smith died at 26 because he was rationing insulin that was too expensive.
Now Big Pharma is suing to block a law passed in his honor to make insulin more affordable.
Let’s be clear about this: Big Pharma’s greed is literally killing people in this country.
Remember this from @AOC? This is the same company that is now price-gouging its coronavirus drug.
AOC to Gilead CEO: The list price [for Truvada for PrEP] is almost $2,000 in the US. Why is it $8 in Australia?
