@edfenergy No point. You dont do anything if I do @edfenergy I have an escalation that has been running since December. You promise to call me back and never do.
Classic fail. Address symptoms and not the cause ! @edfenergy just cant seem to understand that sending out more In Home Displays will not fix why the Gas meter is not being picked up. Poor/weak RF signal issue! What a waste of resources/plastics and still not fixing my issue!

If you want to experience the ultimate in #badcustomerservice try @edfenergy customer services. Customer avoidance would be more accurate as they do everything to avoid taking a call or digital message
@edfenergy I did that on FB and all they said was they are busy! If I try chat it says no agents. If I try Whatsapp you dont respond. You land line says you are dealing with vulnerable people and use chat! Bit of a no customer service loop going on here!
Been trying for several months. If you do get to speak they just record and promise someone will get back. They either dont or do the one ring and then line goes dead trick. @edfenergy appalling customer service
@edfenergy Customer avoidance. Customer Services message points to Digital Channels. Chat is too busy and points at WhatsApp. You dont answer WhatsApp. FaceBook message and you are too busy and someone will get back. Then get a call with one ring and the phone goes dead!
