Don't carry the dream for them.
Help them become strong enough to carry it themselves.
Because the next level doesn't reward kids who were protected.
It rewards kids who were prepared.
2029 @Webb__Baseball RHP Malang Nak looking sharp striking out 7 over 3 innings topping at 90 mph paired with an effective 74-76 mph slider. Unreal projection with his 6’9 frame. Born in South Sudan, fled to Uganda and then made his way to Bell Buckle, Tennessee. Just started pitching last season.
“I believe in you, but you gotta want this moment.”
True coaching isn't always quiet. It’s about meeting an athlete’s intensity with your own, demanding excellence because you care about their growth more than their comfort in the moment.
That’s the work.
Help us welcome Coach Mathers and his family to Tiger Hill!!! 🐅 He is bringing with him a history of coaching and playing experience from NCAA Division I and the NFL. In addition to his coaching duties, he will also be leading the College Recruiting effort for our players.
Congrats on a phenomenal season, Blaze!

Every HS kid I ask “wants to play” in college.
But so many don’t want: 20 hours of practice/weights 20 hours of class/study hall 0 hours of “social life” Some weeks: 6-7 days a week.
6am starts.
10pm ends.
Sooo...Do you REALLY want it?
