@DellCares i am having problems with a new laptop order. Was meant to arrive 20-23 Nov but still not with me and customer support no help as cannot tell me status despite several calls. How can i escalate or get a refund?

@LeShuttle i arrived early and you charged me £84 for earlier board. Now stuck and not getting back to UK much earlier. If this was the option would not have paid. How can i get refund?

@Argos_Online ordered fridge, arrived bit when opened box it is damaged. How difficult do you want to make it to speak with someone!! Chatbot constantly stuck on 25 min wait and no other option. If you cant service dont sell!! What can be done????

@TLRailUK just got on delayed 0754 from Cambs to Three Bridges. Just as train leaving announced not stopping Hitchin but left no time for me to get off!!! now stuck on until Finsbury Park.. totally unacceptable!!!

@TLRailUK Delay repay does not cut it....now wasted whole morning as potential new client can't see me....hardly fair you not stopping now as you not let me off. OK changing if you let me off.
