@Expedia Extremely disappointed with your company. Tried to book a vacation, including flights and hotel. Despite approving payment via credit card app, payment failed. I have though now been charged for 2 lots of flights. Can't speak to anyone because you haven't given a Ref No.

@JohnLewisRetail I have done and they are completely useless. You should know about the issues caused in your name. I am a perfect customer but they will not tell me where I am not meeting their criteria for an increased credit limit.

@JohnLewisRetail Writing about your Partnership card. Credit limit was reduced when transfered to Newday. Asked for increase but told I don't meet criteria of acct mgmnt and credit rating. Credit rating is excellent, never defaulted or paid interest, no mortgage or loans. Why?
