@realEstateTrent Buying a property with a known environmental issue. From old dams, chemicals (dry cleaners), heavy metal (ammunition manufacturing is real bad, old tanneries), old unregistered fuel tanks, the list goes on. Have seen lots go belly up, but some savvy buyers have done well.
