how come its absolutely impossible to get any straight answers out of @UKMercer ? For a pension company thats probably used to dealing with bereaved families on a regular basis, their level of empathy & understanding is diabolical & the customer service just as bad !

@O2 absolutely shocking service today from O2, your customer service agent completely refused to help me. I wanted to try to set up a "My 02" account for a sick relative but she wanted to sell me a plan & got the hump because thats not what i wanted, absolutely shocking.

@DwrCymru @NewportCouncil theres water coming up from an underground leak in Hill street NP20 1LZ. Its now frozen & cars & people are slipping on it. I reported it to welsh water, they say its not leaking. Its too far from anyone house to be an internal leak.
