@robert_nemeth @sallonsax Traffic will still be able to access the street from Lawrence Road. Which just means more traffic in Lawrence Road accessing Richardson Road. So less traffic in the wide and spacious New Church Road and more in the narrow and congested (with parked cars) Lawrence Road.
