🚨Bruno Guimaraes is scheduled to travel to La Manga on Sunday. #NUFC
It is part of his post World Cup-fitness plan that he joins up a little later than the team.
@CraigKavna@JimmyMoore12 There’s reasons for that, I have been off for a while due to a very bad illness and holiday, Billy has been amazing and Alex and Sam are working very difficult and stressful jobs.
Arsenal advancing in talks for Bruno Guimarães. Clubs now in contact following weeks of denials over formal talks.🇧🇷
Story with @alex_crook.✍️
https://t.co/UchrRqn6w6
Ben Jacobs reporting that talks are now on a club to club basis but Luke Edwards stating there isn’t any talks.
Seems like the southern media are pushing an agenda that just isn’t there!
#nufc
Not according to Newcastle they aren’t. I’m not sure how many times they can deny it - and someone is pushing this - but I have literally got off the phone to senior source at #nufc who said “there is no situation with Bruno, there is nothing new, there are zero talks taking place at the moment…”🤷♂️
English football is set to implement a trial to try to remove the goalkeeper tactical timeout this season ⏱️
If a referee signals that the physio can come on to treat a goalkeeper, the coach will have 10 seconds to nominate another player to leave the pitch for one minute.
The tactic of gaining a timeout as the keeper is treated has become increasingly common and controversial in recent seasons, with the time often used for team talks or to disrupt the opposition's momentum.
🚨🆕 Nick Woltemade has not been given permission by Newcastle to leave the club. Ross Wilson has no plans to sell or loan out Woltemade. He’s a big fan of the striker. #NUFC
… with his agent Danny Bachmann has confirmed to me that the reports originated from fake accounts.
Woltemade’s plan is to stay. He has set himself high targets for the season and is fully fit. @SkySportDE 🇩🇪
A big thanks to our Liverpool pal @billykirk22 for sending us the souvenir tribute paper by the Echo.
It sits with the 'Ronnie Gill' in our window tribute to King Kev 🖤🤍❤️
⚽️🏹 Harvey Barnes:
🗣️ “When I first joined Newcastle I quickly learned what a special place it is, but after three years here I know that even more.
🗣️ “I love everything about it – the city, the stadium, the people – and I’m really
happy extending my time here.
🗣️ “I’ve had a taste of success in the last few years and enjoyed some really special moments with this team.
🗣️ “We all want more of that and I want to be a key player that helps push the club forward.” #NUFC
Someone may need to revise exactly what a Legend of #NUFC is....
People can call themselves legend's, but to earn it, act it and deserve it is rare.
Keegan was my first hero, he is a legend.
Sunday worship 🖤🤍
The tributes to King Kev just keep on growing.
What he did for our football club, our city, our region will never be forgotten by any of us.
We lived our dreams because you made it possible. And the memories will never fade.
Thank you, Kevin ❤️
WE HAVE SOME MASSIVE NEWS!
After over a decade online, we’re finally opening a shop! ⚽
Football Devotion is getting its first ever retail space, right in the iconic Grainger Market, smack bang in the heart of Newcastle City centre.
The shutters are opening soon 🔑 👀
🚨 Eddie Howe speaks for the first time on Bruno Guimarães’ future, amidst Arsenal’s summer interest:
🗣️ “I’ve spoken to Bruno before, during and after the World Cup. We have had some really good conversations. He’s just a fantastic person.
🗣️ “I don’t know what’s going to happen with his future, that’s for other people to speculate about. There’s conversations I’m not part of.
🗣️ “I don’t think it’s fair to compare (to Isak last summer). You’ve got to look at it in its own right.
🗣️ “He’s captain of our club and been an unbelievable player, through the whole time we have worked together. I speak on behalf of everyone at the club, we absolutely love him and of course everyone would love him to stay.
🗣️ “He’s due back in the 31st, and there’s nothing to say he won’t be back.”

14 year-old defender Eli Hall has completed a move to Newcastle United from Ipswich Town.🤯✅
Hall was at Ipswich since he was just 7 years old. Last season, he mostly played up with the U15s and U16s.📈
He even became the youngest ever player to make an appearance for Ipswich Town’s U18s (at 14 years and 165 days old) when he started at right-back against Birmingham City earlier this year.🌟
Next season, Hall will be a U15 but, like at Ipswich, is expected to play up an age group or two.⏳
Until the five-step process is complete, we respect the confidentiality of the player, parents, and clubs during this transition period.👊
What a signing for Newcastle’s academy.👏✨
