- #pune - Mumbai routing for helicopters is changed and will be effective from 24 Dec 25.
- From now on #mumbai people will see helicopters flying above Sanpada Rly Shed, Mankhurd Rly Stn , Shivaji Park and many other places.
- I was happy to be part of a core team which worked on these routes. The Pune helicopter fraternity is the largest in the country and we in Pune have 15% of India’s helicopters.
- I must admit that this has been a superb experience for all of us. I put on record the appreciation for team of @AAI_Official .The team of controllers was extremely proactive in addressing issues as regards Helicopters. Meeting / discussion and deliberations happened with a sense of inclusion and the dialogue was always towards having “ Win win “ solutions.
- Kilo routes for Helicopters have been in vogue for a long time now and now with NMIA becoming operational we shall add another chapter to Helicopter Operations in India.
