Jurgen Klopp on Leadership👇
🗣"My confidence is big enough that I let people grow next to me. I need experts around me. That's what leadership is, have strong people around you that have a better knowledge in different departments than yourself.”

Super proud to be heading to my second World Cup with Wales Transplant Football in Frankfurt with a great coaching staff and players shooting for the stars #TransplantFootballWorldCup26 #Frankfurt

[Rob Bailey @GafferBailey]

Never thought I would ever have the opportunity to be part of a coaching staff at a World Cup so I am beyond excited to be travelling to my second World Cup in Frankfurt representing Wales!!

[Frank Dick @frankdickcoach]

Wanting to win is not the same as not wanting to lose. The moment a Team’s focuses on not wanting to lose they are on the back foot and vulnerable. Until the contest is over we stay on the front foot, whatever the score, wanting and fighting to win till we do

A mentor once told me this: Fall in love with feeling like a work in progress. Resist the urge to look polished. You don’t need to pretend you have it all figured out. Nobody does. Embrace your unfinished form. Just commit to getting a better each day and trust where it leads.

[Rob Bailey @GafferBailey]

Ever wanted to be part of something bigger? It doesn't get any bigger than Wales taking part in the World Cup in Frankfurt!! An opportunity to celebrate organ donation and the beautiful game without VAR getting in the way? Interested? We would love you to be part of our family!!
