@AlexanBOOP@Brandty_Boy@jeremyct That’s a little difficult when you’re an Amazon employee. You can’t just decide to “build equity” in the company you work for because you think your labor is underpaid. Employees don’t get to convert unpaid wages into ownership.
@N0RINCO@Brandty_Boy@jeremyct That’s exactly the distinction I made. Amazon and Bezos are separate taxpayers. Amazon’s corporate taxes aren’t Bezos being “taxed again,” and his wages are compensation, not a third tax on the same profit. Conflating entity taxes with Bezos’s personal taxes was Brandt’s error.
@N0RINCO@Brandty_Boy@jeremyct You just confirmed my point. I didn't say unrealized gains should be taxed. I said they aren't taxed until realized—which you just repeated. The original claim was that Bezos is being taxed 2–3 times. His unrealized appreciation isn't being taxed at all. Thanks for the assist.
@Brandty_Boy@jeremyct Telling people to “learn taxation” while calling wages a third tax on corporate profits is wild. Wages, corporate profits & capital gains are different income. Bezos can gain billions in unrealized stock wealth without owing tax on that gain until he sells. That’s the point.
@phil84285413@sterlingkoonce During standard IVF treatments, a laboratory can perform Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) on embryos to screen for chromosomal abnormalities. Because this test reveals the sex chromosomes (XX or XY), Musk could choose to implant only male embryos. He did this to have 5 boys.

@MLFootball @RamsDEJ @RamsHowse@RamblinFan@vinceayg_@thewaynebreezie@TheRealCoach_JB@Kyle_Odegard@vountee $480k bring home that's $40k a month. He could easily afford a $12k mortgage right now. That's a home in the $1.5 million to $1.7 million range. That's a nice house but if his career ends next year due to injury - he's screwed.
So he's not wrong. It's risky until he gets paid.
