@virginmedia the upgrade to TV 360 is awful. So slow and keeps crashing. Have given up trying to watch normal tv now as it’s too much hassle. Will NOT be renewing.

@ODEONHelp trying to book tickets with gift card and either a payment card or Apple Pay but the payment keeps failing. The 3 separate seat selections now showing as taken (total of 9 seat) so leaving us little option to book. Is there a problem with your site’s booking facility?
@carolvorders@LBC Secondary schools can have double standards when it comes to phones. They are banned during the school day, yet crucial classroom updates, changes to lessons and homework are all updated and only accessible on the various apps the schools insist on the children having.
Bank is also showing 3x pending transactions from you where you have attempted to take the money 3 times leaving me with very little balance in my account.
@cadentgashelp 12 days since upgrade works were carried out. Still left with a great big hole in our block paved driveway. Team are no longer in the area. Your telephone customer services are useless as all they will do is "alert the team". Need to know when it will be sorted.
@cadentgashelp I have emailed the wecare address above and again have received the same response of "your query will be passed to the dedicated team". I really would like someone to contact me with a solution and plan of action today.
