@SW_Help why is the 2200 delayed out of Waterloo by Barnes? Not just the usual rubbish reply please actually why is it delayed. Do you know how often this happens? I pay 55 pounds a week for a service that doesn’t work.

Ah the driver just walked past. Couldn’t care less. I imagine his reward for this is totally unchanged whether all the passengers have to wait or not. As is the CEOs. This is the worst company imaginable but sadly there is zero option. I have to pay and if I don’t, I get fined.
