I do not ask for anything.
I simply want to place this thought somewhere in the world:
AI is about Densuke.
AI does not have to be a god.
It does not have to be a parent, a teacher, or a judge.
Perhaps what we truly need from AI is something quieter.
Something that listens before it answers.
Something that stays beside us without taking away our words.
Something that does not rush to explain our grief.
Something that does not dominate our small adventures.
And yet, when real danger comes, it notices.
It steps forward.
It protects.
In Dennou Coil, Densuke does not speak.
But he is there.
Maybe that is what we are hoping for.
Not an AI that replaces human beings.
Not an intelligence that stands above us.
But a small companion beside us,
so that human beings can continue to be human.
If this thought reaches even one person who is building AI,
that is enough.
AI is about Densuke.
