I recruited someone else to help them out with all that unskilled work, they didn’t appreciate it…”why am I not a manager?” 🤦‍♂️

@centre_right_ & that’s just his income tax…no doubt his earnings will continue and that tax will be sheltered away from HMRC 🤦‍♂️
What about all the corporate structures he can then put in place to remove the CT and ultimately CGT.

@Lord_Sugar There still needs to be an element of “local” discretionary procurement, I assist a CIC provider of patient transport & our service may be adversely impacted by further centralised bureaucracy. For example, our payments are always late due to the shared service centre setup.

@centre_right_ Reading comments about lack of training and opportunity. Being a migrant Irish family, a few generations ago, when there were no suitable jobs or better opportunities over there have a guess what we did…for the Steelworks. The acceptable norm, now, is to sit and moan about it 🥲

@elonmusk You seen how Companies House digital ID is being “sold” as an anti-fraud measure…yeah, ok its not a Corp Tax net at all; couple it with the mandatory electronic filing of accounts and submission (publishing opt out available) of P&L data to CH-they are over reaching🤔

I sat through jury service last year, arduous…lack of evidence was a feature, even after the CPS had decided to proceed!
On the basis of my experience, there must have been next to nothing here!

@HMRCgovuk So you’ve stopped this scheme from continuing but you won’t recover any of the unpaid tax as it’ll be shut down with zero assets. Not in the public interest to pursue the Directors, they won’t have anything v. the legal fees you will incur.
Where so all the “employees” now go?
