I want more open ice hitting!! This account is what I’d do to make it happen as head of player safety of my own league . Contributor for Heavy Hockey Network.
@TomasDiziznitch@zach_20007 They’re ABOUT brainwashing and propaganda. The content doesn’t even matter in this discussion. I just figured a person who prides themselves on not being brainwashed and not giving in to propaganda would have better critical thinking skills. Just an conversation.
I don’t care much for Roy the person, but Roy the goalie in his prime? I’d bet money in the bank on that all day. Brodeur was great too, but prime Roy was something else altogether.
@TomasDiziznitch@zach_20007 Yeah. You retweet a lot of stuff about propaganda and brainwashing. Ironic since despite me stating repeatedly that I didn’t think my team was being screwed over, you couldn’t be convinced otherwise, based on one tweet. And you don’t even actually know who my team is, either.
@TomasDiziznitch@zach_20007 I never said there weren’t calls both ways. Like I said, if there’s a penalty, call it. If one team gets 7 powerplays and the other team gets zero, so be it. If it puts a team down 5 on 3, so be it. September first period, June OT: use the same rulebook.
Everyone knows it’s 14. Everyone. That’s WHY the blue checkmark accounts post this stuff. So why do 800 people have to reply that they know. Even if we feel like we need to tell them, once you see 150 other replies saying 14, why do you so badly need them to know you also know?
@TomasDiziznitch@zach_20007 You seem to be the one obsessed with that idea. lol.
I always say, no matter what team you cheer for, if you think your team is getting screwed over, you’re probably right.

@TomasDiziznitch@zach_20007 I don’t want extra whistles. That would mean officials are inventing calls. I just want penalties that occur to be called. If none occur, no need to meet a quota. Intentionally not calling anything is the issue. Some fans say they want that, but it inevitably leads to problems.
@TomasDiziznitch@zach_20007 I love the human element of officiating. I’m generally against reviews for subjective calls like goaltender Interference.
I want the humans to stay IN the game. The humans are the ones that take themselves out of it by putting the whistles away and “letting them play.”
@TomasDiziznitch@zach_20007 Haha. Not a small sect of a fan base from one team. Most fans of all teams are frustrated by the inconsistency league wide. Some teams do get away with more, but it’s not because there’s favoritism. It’s just that a lot goes uncalled and they do more, so it’s simple math.
