The @SP_EnergyPeople saga continues! Despite being 'guaranteed' that a manger would call me between 1800 & 2030 tonight, still no call. They haven't supplied my power since January 29th and I am still chasing them for the £264 refund.

Despite @SP_EnergyPeople ceasing to supply me on the 29th January, and numerous calls and messages since then, they still owe £266 and continue to take payments. Boilercare service now months overdue and no word as promised previously. Worst customer service I've experienced.
