@DPD_UKHelplin you might think I’m cynical to suspect after a third time of asking for my parcel to be delivered that I am put to the back in the queue for a third time.
@AHurky@JonathanPieNews The people next door to me don’t own a car at all. That’s 0% …isn’t it? So why are they bothering to discuss cars in the first place?
IT’S ITALY’S MOST EPIC SLEEPER TRAIN: Over 950 miles from Milan to Palermo, it’s a train that goes onto a boat, and a private single-bed sleeper cost me all of €84.90. I can resist anything except temptation…
@ThreeUKSupport Apologies for the lengthy delay, but I find the subject quite taxing. The fact that you sent me a link to the contact us option at Three was the final straw at the time of our last conversation. Meaning the whole history and situation has to be re-explained.
@ThreeUK I’m unable to DM you, so I’ll just ask: Do you have experience of customers not having their contracts with other providers cancelled after providing you with a PAC code?
@ThreeUKSupport Would you accuse me of being Ironic if I accused you of obfuscation? PAC, I’ve heard of. I’m 4 hrs into this convo and have spend around seven in total inc. cross continental calls with ten different people so far. What’s your point, Joe? I’ve given mine.
@ThreeUKSupport Near ten yrs a customer. Multiple contracts with you always DD & never missed a payment. I came looking for you due to yr reputation. Ive paid O2 £20 a month for 9.5 yrs for a contract you said you’d be responsible for cancelling.
@ThreeUKSupport Suzi, I assumed at the time that I’d have to cancel my prev. contract. Was told categorically that 3 wld do this upon provision of PAC. I contacted O2 when I disc. you had not made that arrangement almost 10 yrs & £2000+ l8r. I’d like answers.
@ThreeUKSupport Thanks Hayley, but I’m fully aware of this now, since I had no reason to use the old number I had until recently no idea that the account was still active. I had been assured by Three that it was a responsibility the new provider undertook.
@ThreeUKSupport Additionally - the contract I’d had with O2 was, in fact, in my partners name. This, I was told was not a problem as the contract was to be cancelled upon the provision of the PAC code which would necessitate the co-operation of the account holder.
@ThreeUKSupport I’ve attempted to get the point across to various Three employees through webchats and phone calls totalling many hours and the conversation is always steered towards what O2 have to say. My point is simply this: I was told by Three when taking - cont. -
@ThreeUKSupport No, but, when I came to Three from O2 I was told (in store) that my contract with them (O2) would be cancelled automatically when I provided Three with the PAC code O2 gave me.
