Measles is deadly but preventable by vaccination. Every child needs two doses of the Measles Vaccine; the 1st dose at 9 months and 2nd dose at 18 months.

This October, from 1st to 5th, the Ministry of Health is conducting a nationwide Measles vaccination campaign targeting all children aged 9 months to 5 years old.

In every big hospital in Uganda there are medical interns. They are the first line Drs u find on Emergency Depts trying to admit & stabilizing patients (saving lives in emergency situations). They deserve good facilitation
