@Expansion_AI@el_rei_gabriel@humzhlol Thats the point though, balance changes 99% of the time are too small for low elo players to take advantage of. Basically every change for low elo is placebo and that’s okay. If low elos are complaining about balance, they are coping
@WSnowlol@moodyves@jadenstruth Goodnight! Yes I might be being nitpicky, but I personally just think it’s important to distinguish who the idiots actually are in the two distinct situations. To make a blanket statement about society using two completely unrelated fanbases with different issues is disingenuous
@WSnowlol@moodyves@jadenstruth I think it’s pointless to compare the two situations in the first place, the people supporting Sykkuno ARE NOT the people calling them the sinister sisters. Who is the OP even making the statement about?
@WSnowlol@moodyves@jadenstruth Like let’s face it, Kyedae and Sakuras fans come from their boyfriends, and you can shit on those idiots as well, but the chat demographics and the dynamic between the creator and chat is vastly different between those two examples
@WSnowlol@moodyves@jadenstruth OP is trying to compare apples to oranges. If you think Sakura/Kyedaes fanbase is comparable to Sykkuno’s base, who essentially view him through the lens that K-pop fans view their favorite idol, then idk what to say. The demographics are clearly different
@Dawidekpl123 This line of thinking does not exist in any other sport. Talking about let’s be human, he needs to stop being a bitch. Even in chess, where there are time controls, people get stressed but have to play through it, and if time runs out then tough shit.
@LlewdLloyd@msanchez_tv Maybe? I’m not too sure what you’re trying to say in your response to the OP ngl. I agree with the OP that esports fans are hard pressed to open their wallet but will cry about the morality of gambling sponsorships. Basically every major sport takes gambling sponsorships.
@LlewdLloyd@msanchez_tv Sports have never been “free”. They have always been behind some kind of paywall, whether it’s cable, youtube tv, or even Netflix, etc. Also, sports are just infinitely more scalable because they are a proven product in the eyes of investors unlike esports
@crunicx@DracaAiko@Thorin Yes I agree! Clearly in both games, cultural preferences/differences affect the regions capabilities in the games and NOT genetics
@Christianatdk@FraudWatch11@huiiii74765198@Thorin There’s literally no point in arguing with this dude, look at his replies under my reply. He won’t engage with any ideas that break his fragile world view
@satanioN@FraudWatch11@Thorin His small mind can’t comprehend. There is a reason western teams outperform eastern teams in shooters, while eastern teams outperform western teams in mobas/rts. He’s unironically too stupid to understand cultural impact
