PSA: Invivyd has now opened recruitment at 20 locations (CA, FL, GA, IL, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NJ, NY, PA, SC, TN, TX) for the trial of their VYD2311 monoclonal antibody candidate for the prevention of COVID.

In contrast to their previous products (eg. Pemgarda - which is an IV infusion), this is given intramuscularly just like a vaccine. This has the potential to provide ~70-90% protection against symptomatic infection, with very limited side effects (as there is no immune activation like there is with vaccines).

If I lived anywhere near one of the locations, I’d absolutely be enrolling myself, and it’s something I would recommend to friends, family, or anyone in the community.

I was reinfected 07/04/22 and my fatigue got worse right away. My body just has issues clearing tis virus I think

It damaged my body: venous insufficiency, gallbladder/pancreas, kidneys, heart, nodules in lungs, brain MRI shows signs of minor ischemic stroke but my Dr dismissed it but chat gpt said it was defo a mini stroke. I never had the vaccine

@ClemensMarliani @liamsLCjourney My immune system has essentially given up trying to mount acute clearance responses and shifted into a chronic tolerance mode (normal Igg1/3 but elevated IgG2 and IgG4 and low IL-10). I think I have developed acquired specific antibody deficiency due to chronic viral infection.
