@welovelean @ChelseaFC No nothing since they had the emails saying their forms had been rejected in error! They resubmitted them first thing this morning & nothing! Like you said can’t get to speak to anyone either. Bloody frustrating & disappointing, they were so looking forward to it

Ryanair cancelled our flight 2 months ago & we’ve still not received our refund. Tried to speak to someone this morning but after an hour holding on, they cut me off, great customer service 🤬🤬 @Ryanair
