In a class piece of local journalism, the BBC used a statement from Amber Valley Borough Council that was FIVE WEEKS old, presenting it as the current position. AVBC is now Labour controlled. It was Tory before. Who knew? Thanks @BBCDerby @bbcemt. Apology awaited.
