@PrisonPolicy @DavidLeegarlock As a mother of an incarcerated adult, I can attest to the price gouging of businesses/conduits that are the gate keepers to their necessities. It’s shameful. Handling fees for phone calls, commissary, etc. are a hardship. Limited food/hygiene products lead to violence & theft
