This freshman had a weekend at the @ohsaa State Track Meet! Ellie Davenport set 3 school records while placing 6th in the SP, 5th in the seated 100 & 3rd (off of a long delay) in the seated 400! When you go PR in ALL of your events- legendary!! @chselksad way to go Ellie!!

Not much left to say about the best vaulter in Elks history!! Today he cemented his legacy, submitted his HoF nomination and says goodbye to Ohio Track & Field in with a new title- STATE CHAMPION @chselksad congrats E, we are so proud of you!!

Today was a great day for Junior Alyssa Grim, who placed 6th in the DI High Jump! AG has now placed in 5 of her 6 state championship appearances @chselksad and will be ready for a huge 2027!!

Congratulations senior Gabe Gillem, the 5th place finisher in the boys DI long jump today with the 6th best jump in school history, 22’6 1/2!! Way to compete Gabe, today was awesome!! @chselksad

What a day for your elks!! We went 7 for 7 today placing all of our kids in the field and on the track, the best combined day in over 20 years for our program! I’m so proud of our kids, coaches and all involved in our program, so much goes into a day like today @chselksad

So proud of our effort to get here! 17th in the state is nothing to be mad about, it’s just not what we wanted- Congrats to Jones, Swan, Eatough & Young Linck on a terrific season and 3 return next year to chase that sub 320 mark!!

The foursome of Carter, Tolbert, Boehm & Turner raced amazing today, dropping 2 seconds to snag 13th place, which is a huge improvement coming in at 18th!!

Senior Quincy Capogna completes his career as an elk with a 14th place finish in the men’s 200, his career pr makes him the 8th fastest elk all time!!
