@JoeJohnsona3gz@BeisbolKrish Owners will feel the heat too. A bigger war chest doesn’t mean they’ll happily light billions in revenue on fire indefinitely. No games = lost TV money, tickets, sponsorships, concessions and playoff revenue. The question isn’t who has more saved—it’s who blinks first.
@ChrisIllitch Why?
Imagine you’re the best electrician, plumber, welder, roofer, After 20 years of earning your reputation, your union says, “You’ve hit the max. You can’t charge what you’re worth because other shops can’t compete.” Would you support that?
@DanClarkSports@MLB@MLBPA Imagine you’re the best electrician, plumber, welder, roofer, in town. After 20 years of earning your reputation, your union says, “You’ve hit the max. You can’t charge what you’re worth because other shops can’t compete.” Would you support that?

@WhiskeyBrad@evanwoodbery Dude, why? 😂 Bibee’s a damn good pitcher. Just give the guy his flowers. You seriously gonna tell me you wouldn’t want him in Detroit’s rotation? Come on. You can hate seeing him pitch against your team without pretending you wouldn’t LOVE having him on it.
A cap isn’t just going to “happen.” The players have to agree to it in the CBA. And “shut it down as long as it takes” works both ways the owners start losing TV, ticket, sponsorship and playoff revenue too. Let’s see how long 30 billionaires enjoy turning off their own money machine. 😂

@MooheadRadio STFU DUDE 😂 You know these guys have to face BIG LEAGUE HITTERS, right? They make adjustments too. Pitching isn’t throwing against a wall. Joey has a 3.35 ERA and you’re asking if he’s “just not a very good pitcher”? Some of you have completely lost perspective.
@BradleyBrodwn@Punchoutpitch@JeffPassan@allthesmokeprod They absolutely have a choice. Owners may have deeper pockets, but once games start disappearing, so does TV, ticket, sponsorship and local revenue. You think 30 owners are all going to happily burn millions just to get a salary cap? Good luck keeping that group together.
@BelowAverageOPS I would've let Gavin finish and bring Holderman in in a clean inning. He seems to do better with that. Give Gavin the chance to get out of his inning. VOGT is managing the pitchers like its the playoffs right now these guys will never learn to be better if they don't learn t
@ScottJMira@RobOstrom@RealDCunningham Your wrong the team has a ton of chemistry it's Vogt. Has lost his feel without Alby next to him pushing him to make the right decisions
@TribeFan40 I disagree. Justin Lada is analytics heavy, but he also understands there’s a game being played on the field. Analytics even has a stat for what your eyes are seeing: BABIP. Sometimes a 65 mph ground ball finds a hole. We’ve called that a “ground ball with eyes” forever. 😂
@FranmilsEyebrow AJ I felt has always had the same vibe as a Trevor Bauer just from the catcher position. Doesn't matter if he doesn't mean to be. He always seems to annoy. It's just his aura
@CpjWrld@LuigiDaGreen@manzosmustache@KoleSherrill20 Ahh,So defending his son is fine…as long as he does it the way YOU approve? 😂 Fans and talk shows can publicly criticize players, but a dad can’t publicly disagree with them? That’s a convenient one-way street. They have a microphone. He has a keyboard. Welcome to social media.
