Happy to say Tui social media rep has rang me this evening to say they will now honour my booking and change it to the day before at no extra cost to myself , shows they can if they want to 😊

I will never book with Tui ever again, they cancel my flight and then want to charge me £131 to go the day before if i had been told the truth last friday i could have changed it with no extra cost, but you lie and then put up your prices from £712 to £905 in 48 hrs!!! DISGUSTING

@TUIUK flight to Cape Verde 26/11 cancelled . I was advised over the phone on Friday. Tui refuse to change it to day before until I receive an email. Holiday cost is 150pp more expensive for me to change without the email. The flight could be full by the time I get it

RECEIVED REPLY FROM @TUIUK ABOUT MY CANCELLED FLIGHT, WANT TO CHARGE ME £131.10 TO MOVE IT TO THE DAY EARLIER, THEY CANCELLED MY FLIGHT AND PUT UP THERE PRICES BY £200 PER PERSON....WHY SHOULD I PAY MORE WHEN NOT MY FAULT??
