@jamesoflynn @1nternationa1 @fesshole My mum's been buying cars, and getting them serviced at the same dealership for 20 years (probably 5 or 6 cars in that time) She deals with the same two guys who run it that she's always done... If they'd pulled crap like this fesser, she definitely wouldn't have stayed!
