Please, listen to individuals with severe mental illness this #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek. The conversation should not just be about nature, wellbeing & exercise. It should be about reducing stigma of mental illnesses, understanding symptoms & how to support. Sadly it’s not.

Many patients are disadvantaged by OUR approach, design & biases in healthcare

This is why it’s so important to have a diverse workforce and co-design with patients

🏳️‍🌈 Our #QueerGrief support group offering a confidential space for LGBTQIA+ people to share their grief experiences with others from the same community.

The group will also be attending Hastings Is No Place For Hate on 9th March.
