@po29@LEGOLANDWindsor It's awful. Who would do it at a kids theme park? Why would you even take it! And why aren't staff looking out for smokers of cigarettes and weed around the parks?
We were in the picnic area at one point and it was covered in old fag butts ๐คข

We came last Tuesday and were refused rides for 4hrs+ with our littles - even though we measured religiously! Yet others got on fine..?
@LEGOLANDWindsor I used to bring my nephew all the time from 2+ (he was tiny!) and we always had a great time. Now I have my own family and couldn't even enjoy it properly with them...it was FOR them! (It's all for them, right?)
Just feel sad for their lack of excitement and experience. So sad :(

It was pretty crap and a complete waste of time for us - but somehow not for other families with children of similar age to ours who we watched enjoying the rides.
Sadly, I'm now taking to social media to be seen & heard.

Why ARE your staff so rude and un-child-friendly?
Even the non busy blokes at the golf mining couldn't be arsed to serve us because they were too busy chatting and 'looking' busy.
@LEGOLANDWindsor Staff in the kingdom actually spoke to our children and we told them about our experience and they were so sad for us & couldn't believe it.
Tried to go to customer services and surprise! It was closed so we couldn't even speak to anyone who could help us with the issues.

Tried the kingdom and thank GOD we did!
Staff were so nice there. Measured. Sweet and kind. Kids got to go on some rides, finally!
Why did we have to go through such difficulty just to enjoy ourselves at the start?!

You're supposed to be child friendly and creating magic for kids? Not ruining their day ignoring your job measuring and sending people away?Hadn't been on one ride in over 4hrs and were only greeted with rudeness.

The pole wasn't even on the floor!
They just ushered us aside, ignored us and on to the next.
One of the rides (learner drivers) LOOKED at my 4yo and told him he was too big (he wasn't) and told HIM to go out the gate...like, what?! He's 4!!

2) Biggest Problem:
Our youngest, who measures at exactly 90cm, was refused multiple times onto rides. No idea why? We queued for so long (after measuring at the start), to then be turned away by staff, rudely, like we were wasting their time?
@LEGOLANDWindsor He had no idea of our morning and his response was unbelievably dismissive and mocking! Just so unbelievably rude as the very first member of staff that we spoke to.
We cleaned ourselves with wipes, whilst he looked at us, and set off. A horrible start honestly, isn't it?

1) collected a double scooter buggy for our boys - disgusting! Old food smeared, spilt drinks, snot stains, melted choc, the lot. Asked the lad whether we could have a clean one his response, whilst laughing "should have got here earlier, good ones are gone now"
@sainsburys as if parent and child parking isn't bad enough...I'm having to compete with this as well?!
Getting baby AND toddler out was extremely difficult because every time it rains, these spaces flood..the drains are ALWAYS blocked!

@TalkTalk Rest assured, I'll be contacting the communications ombudsman tomorrow morning with every bit of this. I'm sure they would love to hear how talktalk discriminate against their customers and isolate us from being able to live comfortably in our own homes, by showing no interest.
@TalkTalk day 5 of no internet. Engineer booked for today & never turned up. A phonecall appointment with a case manager arranged between 6-8pm and that never happened. WTF IS GOING ON?!?!!!!
Absolutely AWFUL company. AWFUL customer service. RUDE AND UNDERMINING STAFF. NOT OKAY!
@TalkTalk My concerns don't matter to you AT all. I've told you multiple times I have a young child at home AND I'm also heavily pregnant and DO NOT NEED THE EXTRA STRESS!!!
I've been lied to by talktalk so much and reassured that they will help, but you have only made things worse!
