Be careful changing flights w/ @SpiritAirlines due to weather. The past 2 storms I was charged another full flight. Also offered a 1/3 refund for a canceled fight.

I get it, Spirit is value & the butt of airline jokes. Maybe they could help themselves by being less of a scam

@SpiritAirlines I’ve already been in an unreasonably lengthy hold line to chat. I’ve been Spirit loyal for over 25 years. I’ve flown Spirit at least 6x a year since 2021. I expect cramped quarters and no frills but safe flights. But I don’t expect to be ripped off

I’ve been in a 45 min queue to discuss being charged. When using them for short flight and they work it’s a doable travel arrangement. But anytime I’ve had to deal with them on issues it’s a runaround
