I’m testing a MACD-assisted futures strategy with only a small part of my account. Yesterday: +$4.52 net, but also one liquidation. I relied on 1m and even 1s signals—too noisy. Next: 1H direction, 15m setup, 5m entry, fixed stops. Profit ≠ discipline.

This might be an unpopular opinion but...

If you're on your first funded and you're down to like $50 of drawdown left, you're better off just blowing it and starting over.

The mental capital isn't worth it.

You're grinding out an account that's basically already gone and that does nothing but wear your brain down.

And that wear carries straight into your next account, so now you're trading bad on that one too.

I look at it like a business expense now. Account's cooked? Start fresh.

If you already know you can pass evals efficiently, why are you sitting there sweating over $50 of drawdown?
