Its been a month that i have this issues and i was sick over a month so couldnt upload this vdo on time but i think its still not late to post.
@Khldfx first of all i wanna thank coz @fundingpips is the only one that really change my life and helps in trading journey.And its ben more than 2 years that ive been trading with them,taken multiple payouts over 38,600$ but suddenly they claimed that my Client ID is same with another user but i never share my device or trade for others and im really aware of fundingpips rules also so i think this is misunderstanding.
I kindly requested to recheck my acc again @Khldfx and pls reactivate my acc or if the team can share the proof of the another user device ID or account ID i will be very grateful and will move on happily so plsโฆ.kindly recheck my issues again.

Itโs been more than 2 years that Iโve been trading with @fundingpips without breaking any rules And suddenly risk team reached out to me for using same device ID by other Registered ID but I know fpips rules very well and I never shared my device with others.I think this is misunderstanding.I donโt have trader friends also and I never do trading with others also and again,today support team said that when I enter buy position someone is entering sell trade so I wanna know the others account ID or whatever but without giving any reason closing all my 3x 100k$ master account is not acceptable so Pls look into this brother @Khldfx@avikkfp
And while asking for proper reason they already refunded my fees.

This is really sad that my all 3x 100k has been suspended
But i never share my device with others n im really aware of all the rules
And if the team gives only the evidence of the other acc ID then i will happily move on ๐ if im wrong i always accept my fault but if im not wrong i cant accept it ๐
