@flyvaluejet@fccpcnigeria Valuejet payment system is misbehaving and they can't own upto it. You can imagine their customer service telling me to send a message to their payment partner to resolve my issue. If it wasn't for them, would ive met budpay?
@mybudpay Nothing is currently been reviewed. You guys are just extremely incompetent. Its been 72hours already and no reasonable information. Your partner globus has received money, what then is your issue?
@flyvaluejet@flyvaluejet I booked a flight since May 12th via budpay using the globus account and the page just timed out without my flight booked or my money reimbursed. Ive messaged and emailed. Nothing. This is very bad cos the flight date is just by the corner. Do something @flyvaluejet

@kudahelp_ng@Boss_CJ_fficial It's been 5days since I was sent money and it hasn't reflected since then on my account. This was on the 19th of May. I was asked to contact my bank. This is just extreme and called for. It shouldn't take more than 24hours to fix this. It's been over 120hours. Mtcheeew

@kudahelp_ng@Boss_CJ_fficial@kudahelp_ng I made transfers to 2 different accounts, one was successful but receiver didn't get the money, second transfer didn't go through and it wrote failed and i was debited for both transactions. Then someone also sent me money to me and I've not received it since 19th
