1. Let ESPN determine random pick order
2. Reverse draft order manually with LM
3. Manually reverse rounds 1 and 2 with LM
4. Let rounds 3+ draft as normal.
5. Manually change the waver order at beginning of season to reflect reverse pick order?

Here is why ROAS is hurting your struggling e-commerce biz -

New Customers.

Yes.

New customers are the lifeblood of scaling your business. And getting them to buy more from you in the future ( LTV ) is also important.

If you are focusing on profit/revenue in your ads account, you are not focused on new customers and new customer CPA.

Customers that currently trust you, know you, love you... they drive your high ROAS. They buy more from you on their purchase and their AOV is likely high since they already know what to expect.

New customer though?

They don't really trust you, it's their 1st purchase.

They don't know you.

They don't love you.

Their first purchase is typically low AOV since they are testing you out.

Would you drop $600 on a brand you know nothing about, or would you maybe drop $80 instead?

The ROAS will always look sh*tty on them.

So any campaigns that are driving new customers will always have worse ROAS than campaigns getting customers that already know you.

Why would you kill that or change that?

You need to be focusing on upsells and then LTV to make sure these customers continue to buy from you next week/next month so you can make up that ad money in the future.

Once you figure this out, you will end up pumping more money into those low ROAS campaigns ( if you can prove new customers are coming in ) and leaving them alone.
