@zomato@zomatocare had the most unprofessional experience with Zomato recently. My order (order id: 7289515059) was placed at 8.13 pm. The delivery person informed his bike broke down and he was waiting for another rider to hand over the delivery.
@zomato@zomatocare 4. This kept on happening in loop until I was assigned to some other customer care person who kept repeating the same thing. At around 10 pm my food got cancelled. This is purely Zomato's fault that they didn't assign a new delivery person.
@zomato@zomatocare 3. I explained again it is old riders no. share the new riders no. they said no he (the old rider) is your delivery person. explained again that he texted and called that his car broke down and was waiting for new rider. Again I was told that yes new rider has been assigned.
@zomato@zomatocare 2. Waited for another half hour and order was still showing at the restaurant, contacted the customer care and they were thoroughly confused and unhelpful. They said some new rider has been assigned and when I asked I was given the old riders no.
@ekartlogistics Today is 23.6.25 and not a single call from Ekart, no update on their website, no information on the delivery person and could not find a single customer care phone no. I guess their motto, powering India powering you doesn't make that much sense!
Dear @ekartlogistics thank you for your pathetic service. My shipment was required on an urgent basis on my side and it reached Chembur, Mumbai on 19.6.25 and is sitting there. !
Dear @Uber@Uber_Support I took one ride but the car broke down long before my destination. I had to change vehicle, however my trip is charged by Uber. I couldn't find any mention of what to do in such case in Uber app. What should I do now?

@ViCustomerCare I don't think you understand my concern. After every two/three days I get an email with request to share all the details (transaction I'd/my bank statement/amount paid etc.) that I have shared more than once with VI !!
