Circumstances often cloud our feelings making them seem unique. In turn we feel alone. When we strip away the details there is never a soul that doesn't know exactly how we feel.

Never at heart.

Spirituality is nothing more than the love of life.

Always present through the heart but often lost in the mind.

Releasing the shoulds and should nots reveal the love that is.

Not knowing is simply resistance to the known.

Too often we're not actually looking for answers but instead just what we seek.
