@ArcDurham in collaboration with our colleagues from INP Institut National de Patrimoine in #Tunisia.
We are happy to share the results of our research and excavation at a Church at the site of Iunca in Mahres- Tunisia. The main work has been to rescue the monument through cleaning and restoration; and creating new correct plans.

@ArcDurham@BritishArts@BritishCouncil@DCMS During the cleaning was uncovered a tomb, and it was necessary to be excavated ( which contained a minimum of 60 bodies). The excavation of the tomb and its analysis are generously funded by the Ruddock Foundation for the Arts.
