@AmericanAir AA1562 PHL-BOS delayed to wait for an AA employee. 200+ passengers waiting 2hr is better than one employee waiting 1hr for the next Boston flight? I'm baffled at how little AA seems to respect customers. Can you explain?
@AmericanAir Booked myself on @JetBlue like I should have done to begin with. Last flight with AA was delayed 5hrs, now this one 7hrs. I detect a trend I don't care to continue.
@AmericanAir We were informed that opening the door to wait for the employee created a maintenance problem, and now we're delayed another 4hr for a new crew. At 3pm we were ready to push from gate, but to add that employee we're now sitting here until 10pm. I'm astonished
