Highlights From C4C Annual Meeting 2025
Key highlight from the C4C Annual Meeting 2025:
As we approach 10 years of the localisation agenda, the sector faces a defining moment — a call to refocus, rethink, and pursue rational growth grounded in shared responsibility.
After a decade of rhetoric, 2026 must be the year where our actions finally match our ambition — where communities hold real decision-making space, and national actors lead with the authority they deserve.
Honoured to join today’s #Charter4Change Annual Meeting, where our Executive Director @JackOwuor spoke alongside @DanChurchAid SG Jonas Nøddeskær, Patrick Watt, Julian Joyce Acoko & Nicholas Noe.We reflected on 10 years of C4C — progress, gaps & what must shift before 2025.

Bringing Hope, One Child at a Time!
Meet Ian Mbugwa, a young boy we met at the Dandora dumpsite: collecting waste for survival. He had lost hope of joining Junior Secondary School, but today, his story has changed!
From Dandora to Thika, then Kamware Center, we ensured Ian was enrolled in a boarding school. We provided uniforms and essential supplies to give him a fresh start. This, to me, is the best birthday gift—restoring hope through quality education!
