A Masterclass by Singapore Airlines in handling delayed & missed connections 👏

SQ511 from Bengaluru to Singapore was scheduled to depart at 11 PM and arrive at 6 AM.
My onward connection to Hong Kong, SQ892, was at 10 AM.
But during takeoff, our flight had a technical snag. Takeoff was aborted. We returned to the gate. Engineers worked on it.

Finally, we departed — 4 hours late. Which meant… connection missed.

We landed in Singapore at 10:15 AM.

Does Booking in Klook or Get Your Guidr give same reward points for HSBC T1 and Axis Atlas

I usely note DCC markup charge when using Axis Atlas on these sites which is 2 points (8 rs in terms of Accor)

But T1 gives 4 points for international Transactions. (8 rs in terms of Accor)

So booking in Klook comes under international transaction with T1

Advantage with T1 is there are no limit per year to transfer to Accor

In Airline partners only if I use it against redemption of Business class seat I can get more value for money

I see Japan Airlines gives best value but I’m not having plans for Japan and there’s the biggest problem with Airline Rewards structure

So best case usage comes with flights but the reward points are not fixed

Hotel Review - Hotel Des Arts Mgallery Saigon in Ho Chi Minh City

Rooms were Big and Luxurious

Roof Top Pool had amazing Sunset Views

Breakfast was okay in terms of Taste but had wide varieties

Staff was outstanding. As they helped me coordinate with Airport staff to get my missed Luggage

Definitely a 5 Star experience
