In 2017, CPD issued 573,627 parking & compliance tickets for the top 10 non-moving violations - 35% of all city-issued parking tickets. If it takes 10 mins to issue & process a ticket, that's 95,600 hrs of police time per year, or 48 full-time equivalent positions #TransitTuesday
