@ajsilverstein16 I stopped taking the prescribed doses of my meds w/o my drs. blessings (with veiled threats of stopping to “treat me”) 17 yrs ago. I’m 22 yrs out & doing fine. They have to know, but there is no curiosity/courage to understand. Thank you Amy, journey well.
@josephspinner@ajsilverstein16@ISHLT@PHTSociety Yes you do. My transplant team was openly hostile to the idea I take less the “minimum effective dose” of meds after five years of no antibody presence. I did it myself, and 22 yrs later I’m disease free with zero rejection. I take meds three times a week.
Growing up with illness, I saw many of my sick friends die. It’s always horrible, but Tonya’s death was preventable.
28k available organs go to waste a year, costing 11k lives, simply bc there’s no accountability.
Biden can easily fix this.

The misconception that there is no sound in space originates because most space is a ~vacuum, providing no way for sound waves to travel. A galaxy cluster has so much gas that we've picked up actual sound. Here it's amplified, and mixed with other data, to hear a black hole!
