Another example of how @AmericanAir has one of the worst customer services in the world: after cancelling our flight, 3 hours before boarding (from Nice to London to DFW), (and automatically rebooking my wife and I on separate flights)…

and they only give hotels if the flight “was canceled for operational or mechanical reasons”. So then I thought to ask about our original flight from London to DFW that got canceled… nope still can’t give you a hotel… I asked, well what the reasoning for the cancellation…
