Exciting times at the club with club favourite Ben Edebohls taking over the reigns as Club Captain whilst Fitchy is recovering from hip surgery. Good luck Ben and all other players this weekend! Let’s make it two in a row... 🏏 #winningstreak#UpTheEagles
Quino has been Secretary more years than we can remember. Lovingly known as ‘Bradman of the Bush’ scoring 1000’s of runs over the years, with 6 centuries across two season a few years back. Loves a spray and to throw his wide brim hat down in disgust from first slip. #Lefthander

Me: “WE DON’T MIND SEEING THAT, BOYS!!”
Matt Rogers holds the two most important positions at the club, Treasurer and Bar manager. Matt works tirelessly for the club making sure the books balance, but mainly keeping the beer stocked and cooled. The ‘Silver Fox’ is an elegant left handed batsmen, likened to Mark Waugh.
This week sees our A Grade transition into 2 day cricket, with 85 per innings, whilst B and C grade remain as one day matches. Good luck to all team! #UpTheEagles#EndOfTheDrought

Arguably the greatest cricketer to grace Traralgon West. Brenton Howe has been a stalwart for 30 years at the club, won 2 league B&F awards, played an integral role in A graded 1991 premiership! An aggressive opening batsmen and tear away quick. Bleeds green and gold! #LEGEND
Very good turn out at the club tonight for Thursday night training and meals. Teams are in the photos below. Good luck to all players and teams for Saturday! Remember, if you make more runs than the opposition, you win! #UpTheEagles#EndOfTheDrought
If you have no plans for tonight, make your way to Jack Canavan Oval at 6 pm for training. If a beer and food is more your pace, come along for Thursday night dinner at 7:30 pm and socialise with everyone and listen to selection. #UpTheEagles#ThursdayNightTots
Sam Varsaci AKA ‘Sponge’ is the club’s president and an Eagles tragic. Sam with his wife Louise, run the club’s All Abilities cricket section which is fantastic for the community of Traralgon and Gippsland. Nickname stems from his ability to soak up beer like a...Sponge! #Pres
Ben Edebohls is the club’s most loved player. Opening bowler in A Grade and number 4 bat. Incredible knack of getting the oppositions best batsmen out and loves getting a start with the bat. Always saves his best performance for the club’s annual car rally! #VanillaThunder
