@InPostUK I have now driven to your depot to raise a formal complaint about this driver to be told that you can no longer request parcels be left in a back porch so why have the option on the tracking? Absolutely disgusting?
@British_Airways appalling Cabin crew leader shouting across the cabin, leave them until last they only upgraded at the airport!what difference does that make! The vile women chose to ignore the fact my son’s seat was broke,footrest was broke & the arm rest wouldn’t fold away!
@FlixBus Avoid this company! Totally corrupt! Left myself and my 6 year old son stranded early hours of the morning because they cancelled the service 3 hours into our journey with no way home!! Still no acknowledgment horrendous company
@FlixBus service cancelled mid way and left me stranded with a 6 years old boy at 00:30am! No explanation just no relief driver available, make your own way home no other forms of transport
And 1 hour away! Still no response I want a full refund of my entire journey!
@LeFrecceReviews still awaiting a full refund for awful customer service! A member of staff selling me invalid and cancelled train tickets! No knowledge of services what so ever! Refund issued on the 28/08/24 and still not received!!
