The morning after Zenyatta's last race in the @breederscup Classic, fans lined the backstretch fence just to catch a glimpse of her. John Shirreffs understood the value of providing access to the horses, and for that we owe him our gratitude. 📸: @wowhorse https://t.co/Jd6tJSvXTI

So proud of my mentor Meggan Hill-McQueeney as she joins the @cowgirlmuseum Hall of Fame's 2023 class. She taught me real horsemanship when I was young & helped me become a @path_intl instructor, both of which have been remarkably rewarding. I'm honored to look up to her. 💖✨️
"She was six weeks older than Marilyn Monroe, three years older than Anne Frank, nine years older than Elvis Presley—all figures of the unreachable past. She was older than nylon, Scotch tape, and The Hobbit." - @helenlewis

Thanks @hereandnowrobin for the segment on murmerations. My grandmother died when I was 1 & on the day she died, my mom saw a murmeration outside the hospital window. I think of my grandmother whenever I see a murmeration. It always touches my heart/is very emotional for me. 💖🪶
Just stop. There are so many resources to help. When you're 70 with the lungs of a 95-year-old like my dad, it's too late to fix. Don't put your family through that. Thankfully he quit four years ago, but the repercussions of 60+ years of smoking are no joke. Not worth it.
