@OslerHealth The hospital was also made aware that he was homeless. And has been for 3 weeks. Where did they think he would go? How could there be such a big lapse in the system? I was planning to speak to CAMH to get him admitted for their 8 week program.

@OslerHealth My friend was patient at WOHS who had a missing person report and the hospital discharged him without calling the primary contact(me). He's mentally unwell. This seems very unprofessional. Who can I contact to get more details abt this?

@OslerHealth He is confused, paranoid and highly anxious - definitely in NO state to be deemed mentally healthy. How could the hospital release him in such a state? And worse, there was no intimation to the next of kin (I had shared my number).
