@PeteMundo Honestly there is a model for this in the railroad industry. BNSF figured this out years ago. They do not take social security out and take care of their employees.

@PeteMundo The problem is people won’t contribute to their own accounts. We also have issues with how long term care facilities (nursing homes). Those thrive off taking SSI from their residents no matter how much the resident gets. It an ugly industry.
